Vanguard Realtors was founded 20 years ago. In 2006 Vanguard became the first real estate business to be certified a Green Company in Santa Cruz County. We are proud to have 20 full time agents here to serve our clients. Behind every successful agent is a knowledgeable and friendly support staff... meet the support staff.

OUR MISSION STATEMENT: Vanguard Realtors sets the standard in Real Estate by seeking intelligent, creative solutions. Our commitment is to always represent our clients with integrity. We treat their Real Estate needs as if they were our own.

Our "Charity Beigins at Home" program is designed so that a portion of the money from each escrow that closes through Vanguard Realtors goes to a charity of choice designated by the client.

Linda brings over thirty-four years of Real Estate and management experience to Vanguard. Linda joined Vanguard in 1995 to oversee our transformation to an office, which is by and for the agents who work here. Linda holds an MBA which, coupled with her knowledge of Real Estate sales, is a valuable resource for the agents in our office.

Debbie acts as the glue that holds the escrow transaction together from inception through completion. She works closely with all parties involved to assure a smooth and successful outcome. She also prepares all the documents, disclosures and other required items for the company listings. This assures a smooth escrow from start to finish.
