Vanguard Realtors was founded in 1988. In 2006 Vanguard became the first real estate business to be certified a Green Company in Santa Cruz County. Our "Charity Beigins at Home" program is designed so that a portion of the money from each escrow that closes through Vanguard Realtors goes to a charity of choice designated by the client.

Linda brings over thirty-four years of Real Estate and management experience to Vanguard. Linda joined Vanguard in 1995 to oversee our transformation to an office, which is by and for the agents who work here. Linda holds an MBA which, coupled with her knowledge of Real Estate sales, is a valuable resource for the agents in our office.

LOREN GOODMAN
Office Manager, Transaction Coordinator Assistant, Realtor Associate

Loren is a licensed Real Estate Agent and the friendly first voice of Vanguard when a client calls. She keeps our listings current, supervises daily overall administration of the office. Loren also handles advertising and marketing. Her helpfulness and cheerful attitude make the office atmosphere a warm and wonderful enviornment for agents and clients.

Loren also works with Linda Charman as her transaction coordinator assistant and together they are the glue that holds the escrow transaction together from inception through completion. She works closely with all parties involved to assure a smooth and successful outcome. She also prepares all the documents, disclosures and other required items for the company listings. This assures a smooth escrow from start to finish.
